JFS Support GroupsA support group is a place to explore your relationships, work through complex emotions, and share the life experiences that have made you who you are today. You’ll likely find that you’re not alone in the challenges you face, and you’ll get compassionate advice, encouragement, and the chance to practice new ways of thinking and behaving among people who can relate to the things you’ve been through.
