G.R.A.P.E.S. A tool for maintaining mental health in everyday life and challenging times

Amanda Mascia

Amanda Mascia is a proud “graduate” of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy program at Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital. While attending their intensive outpatient program she learned the mental health tool “G.R.A.P.E.S.” Amanda has been using the tool every day since and proudly shares it with loved ones, friends, and now (hopefully) YOU! She is a silly and dedicated human being that strives to learn from her mistakes, tries hard to make a difference, and cherishes her friendships, family, dogs, and nature. She now knows that life is full of ups and downs, and it is in our acknowledgment of our own, and each other’s, joy and suffering that we find balance, courage, and true connection.
