Something I am Proud Of:

I’ve spent 6 months working on a new kind of peer support experience for people with bipolar. The unique capabilities of the Clubhouse technology is what makes this possible. More information is available at linktr.ee/bipolarsupportclub.

Advice for Newly Diagnosed:

It is not the worst thing ever. Anyone can become bipolar stable or be in remission if they:

  1.  Find a practitioner who they trust and whose treatment works for them
  2. Track their mood and learn/use different tools to bring yourself back into balance depending on whether you’re down or up,
  3. Find some people to talk to who really understand your story because they’ve been there. A lot of times well-meaning family and friends just can’t provide the same support as another bipolar person.
