Balans

Balance is a national association consisting of ten local associations. We turn to people who have experienced depression, alternating periods of depression and mania, have suffered “burnout” (burnout) or dysthymia (a less severe but sometimes long-term form of depression).

Associate and sufferers can through local associations get information, advice and assistance as well as have an opportunity to meet others in similar situations. We organize lectures, café and theme nights and has several self-help groups for sufferers and dependents and these together. See more details in our calendar and under the tab activities. On the website you can also take advantage of our work directed against the entire society.
