Something I Am Proud Of:
I’m proud of doing common things such as going out and not feeling triggered by sound or crowds.
Advice For Newly Diagnosed:
Don’t deny your diagnosis. Acceptance is key. Without acceptance you’re not able to receive the help that you truly need.
Why The IBPF Community Is Important:
I’ve been involved with IBPF since I was diagnosed back in 2014. I’ve made plenty of the videos that are shared. I was invited to Capital Hill to share those videos. Without IBPF I wouldn’t have understood how many others live with bipolar disorder like myself. I am extremely grateful for International Bipolar Foundation.
