Scott Walker

I live surrounded by mountains in beautiful Banff, Alberta, Canada. On January 1, 2000 I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 1. What a way to bring in the new millenium! At the present time I am truly grateful and fortunate to be consistently mentally stable. I’ve been involved with the IBPF since 2013, including both blogging and raising funds for the IBPF through various mental health awareness events that I’ve led.
