Gretchen Wallet was born and raised in Northwest Indiana, where she still currently lives.  She is a graduate of Indiana University Northwest with a Bachelors in English.  She is currently applying to an MSW program with the hopes of being a therapist.  She lives with her husband of eight years, Steven, their cats Taffy and Journey and their bunnies Desi and Lionheart.  She is currently training to be a crisis intervention counselor with the IMALIVE organization.  She was diagnosed as Bipolar I in 1999.
