You can start out the new year on a healthy and happy note by saving your sleep schedule and staying sober, while still having fun and connecting with others. You can either join us for the entire two hours or jump on the call whenever you are available. We will be celebrating with festive cultural traditions from around the world, setting positive intentions, sharing resolutions, making mock-tails, and toasting to the New Year!
