Connections for Kids is a fully licensed mental health agency serving children, adults and families. We offer Outpatient Therapyfor children, families and adults, Targeted Case Management for Children, Community Integration Services for Adults, Visitation and Parenting Program, Home and Community Based Treatment (HCT) and Section 28, Rehab and Community Support Servicesfor Children with Cognitive impairments and Functional Limitations.

Connections For Kids was founded in 1996 by a former foster parent who saw a great need for short-term residential placements for children in the custody of the Department of Health and Human Services. The goal was to limit the number of placements a child would have to make before they found the right match and we specialized in keeping sibling groups together.
