The VMDB (http://www.vmdb.nl/) is a national organization for and by its members. At present, we have about 3,500 members. We work mainly with volunteers . There are over 200 members active as a volunteer. At the office of the VMDB is a paid employee working.
The board is made up of volunteers. It consists of patients and stakeholders.
As a member you will receive our quarterly Plus Minus and invitations to the national meetings and regional activities . You can also subscribe to our newsletter . This periodic newsletter provides current information about the disorder, new research, literature and information from the association.
