Healthy Living with Bipolar Disorder – Drop-In Education and Support Group – Free
The plan is to run these groups twice a year. Groups will be led by myself, with the assistance of two student interns; both of whom will also be available to provide additional support with individual counselling sessions while the group is running.
Develop tools for how to maintain a daily routine regardless of emotional state, focus on effective coping strategies for stability, and experience connections as a group Includes handouts, discussion, and professional support.
Format: Attend as many meetings as needed.
