We have been operating successfully since our inception in Colombo 03 in 2007 as a private educational institute and we conduct regular short-duration small group and individual courses and training programs in counseling and psychotherapy, general psychology, child psychology, and educational psychology.
We also provide confidential and personalized psychological counseling and psychotherapy sessions and consultations on request for individuals (teens, adults, couples, elderly citizens) and groups. Hypnotherapy self-hypnosis Audio CD’s are also made available for sale to our students, clients, organizations and the general public for effective relaxation and stress management and for achieving accelerated behavioral change and personal growth.
We provide confidential and professional psychological counselling, stress management, hypnotherapy and psychotherapy consultations and services to individuals, teens, couples, the elderly, groups and corporations for better psychological / mental and holistic health and wellness in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We also conduct short term general and specialized Certificate level (12 weeks) training programs and courses in general psychology, child psychology, educational psychology, counselling and psychotherapy (our courses are currently only conducted in the English language medium). Our courses and the IMH Certificates /Diplomas awarded are internationally recognized and respected. Our mission is to promote positive or optimal mental health for all through quality educational and training opportunities and through professional counselling and psychotherapy services in the Sinhala, Tamil and English language mediums.
