Mental Health Works (MHW) is a national initiative of the Canadian Mental Health Association, with head office at CMHA Ontario Division.  CMHA is one of the oldest continuing nation-wide charitable health organizations in Canada. The program continues to develop and grow. It is currently operating nationally and available in both official languages.

MHW began in 2001 as a partnership research project. In 2004 Mental Health Works began selling products and services to the business community and the response from our clients and the media has been well received.

Today the recognition and willingness to address issues related to workplace mental health is greater than ever, however, there is much more to be done. Mental Health Works is dedicated to advancing the field of workplace mental health through skills enhancement training, awareness education and stigma reduction efforts, but we can’t do it alone.

As a non-profit charity organization, your support is necessary to sustain our efforts.  Mental Health Works receives no operational funding and must sustain efforts through our products and services and your sponsorship support. Learn how your organization can become a sponsor or consider making a corporate or individualdonation.

Our executive team and trainers are here to guide and support you and your workplace in finding solutions that meet the needs of both employees and employers. Visit the employer solutions and employee supports section to learn more about our products and services.
