Romanian Association of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy is the national professional association of psychiatrists in Romania. It was established in law in 1990 and was aimed at developing and improving all core activities in the field of psychiatry and mental health in Romania.
To achieve this goal ARPP coordinated by scientific means, specific to the medical specialties, development activities aimed at improving the mental health of the population, advising institutions, associations interested media with activities journalistic, editorial, research, organizing scientific setting domestic and international contacts.
