Ziel des Vereines SPADE ist es unter anderem, Menschen zum eigenständigen Denken anzuregen, die Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Kritik und die individuelle Meinungs-, Urteils- und Wissensbildung zu fördern. Eigeninitiative soll zu einer Veränderung der eigenen Lebenssituation führen und in der Folge die Lebensqualität verbessern. Die Auswirkungen unseres Gesellschaftssystems auf Wohlbefinden und Gesundheit sind dabei als Thema in der geschützten Atmosphäre der Gruppe genauso wenig tabu wie andere brisante und heikle Themen, über die man sonst nicht spricht.
