The Stability Network has three primary functions:
IDENTIFY successful leaders with mental health conditions and encourage them to share their experiences in their organizations, their communities, and beyond.
PREPARE these leaders to have individual and collective impact.
PROVIDE mechanisms for these leaders to have impact, enabling them to share their experiences at an individual level as well as with broad audiences.
