Support

As we go through our journey with our disorder, we need support. Whether it’s from family, friends, or a higher power, it is essential that we have someone that will always have our backs. We can’t do this alone.

I’m forever grateful for my God, my husband, and my Mom. All of them show me support on a daily basis. As soon as I found out that I had bipolar, they were all there for me immediately. There was never any question. Once again, I’m forever grateful.

The journey has been tough at times. I know that I put them through a lot in the past and said things that I truly did not mean. Thank the sweet LORD that they know that I would never do those things today.

Please go find your means for support. It may be a support group, a therapist, your spouse, a friend, or other family members. As said earlier, you may find support in a higher power, like I do with God. I encourage you to find your support. You should never be expected to go at this alone. That’s extremely unfair.

I wish you the best of luck on your journey. I encourage you to either not be afraid to lean on others or to go out there and open yourself up.

See you soon!
