Serena Goldsmith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and practicing psychotherapist who received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College and her Master of Social Work degree from California State University San Marcos. In addition to her years of professional experience providing individual and group therapy, assessments, crisis intervention, and case management services to clients with bipolar disorders and other mental health diagnoses, Serena has over thirty years of lived experience with bipolar I disorder. As a mental health recovery educator and advocate, she is passionate about sharing knowledge gained from her own recovery journey as well as from her work with clients in order to provide hope and practical recovery tools to others.
